Storage & Reconstitution
To ensure molecular integrity, this TB-500 batch should be stored at 4°C (short-term) or -20°C (long-term). Upon reconstitution with Bacteriostatic Water, the solution remains stable for 7–10 days under refrigeration. Avoid vigorous agitation to prevent mechanical shearing of the complex peptide chain.
Each batch is subject to independent Mass Spectrometry and HPLC Analysis. Researchers may access all Certificate of Analyses (COAs) via our Lab Reports.
Researcher Inquiries
TB-500 is a synthetic fraction of the naturally occurring protein Thymosin Beta-4. Its low molecular weight allows it to travel through tissues over long distances. In laboratory settings, it is primarily studied for its role in upregulating G-actin and promoting cellular migration and tissue repair.
For optimal stability, reconstitution should be conducted using Bacteriostatic Water. Allow the vacuum-sealed cake to reach room temperature before solvent introduction. Introduce solvent slowly along the interior glass wall to prevent mechanical shearing of the 43-amino acid chain.

I’ve been training really hard for marathon this summer. I’m 44 so the body just doesn’t recover as fast. Been dealing with an IT band injury and aggro’d an old achilles injury. After taking this stuff for the first time at like a 2mg dose / twice weekly – holy moly. Just after 2 weeks I’m noticing a HUGE difference in recovery. IT feels likes my injuries are actually healing and I’m sort of back to my old self. This stuff really works guys. Definitely suggest it for people dealing with naggy longtime injuries
