1. LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY
IMPORTANT: All products sold on this website are intended strictly for
LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. They are not intended for human consumption, nor are they to be used as drugs, food additives, household chemicals, or cosmetics. Any mention of dosages or administration in research literature is for educational purposes regarding in-vitro or animal models and does not constitute a recommendation for human use.
By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that the products have not been tested by Health Canada or the FDA for safety or efficacy in food, drug, or medical device applications.
2. Purchaser Representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
– You are at least 19 years of age.
– You are a qualified researcher or a representative of a recognized research institution.
– You are fully aware of the potential hazards associated with the handling of research chemicals and assume all responsibility for their safe use and disposal.
3. Ordering and Payments
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. We accep payments via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa & Amex) and Interac e-Transfer. Please follow the specific payment instructions provided at checkout exactly to avoid delays. Orders not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Canada using tracked services with Canada Post. While we ensure all orders are packaged discreetly and securely, researchedpeptides.ca is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of peptide stability and the risk of contamination, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our facility. If you receive an incorrect item or have concerns regarding a product’s purity (supported by independent COA), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall researchedpeptides.ca, its directors, or employees be liable for any damages—including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—arising out of the use or inability to use the products provided, or any misuse of the products by the purchaser.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
