1. Shipping Policy
All orders are generally processed the next business day (though it could be 1-2 business days during busy holidays). We don’t ship on weekends or statutory holidays as mail services are closed.
– Our Shipping Method: All orders are discretely and securely packaged then shipped to you via Canada Post Xpresspost.
– Delivery Times: Xpresspost generally takes 2 business-days to arrive after we’ve handed off your package to Canada Post. Business days are M-F. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
– Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirement for temperature-controlled storage/stability, all sales are final.
To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure the safety of all research, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (e.g., wrong sequence or quantity), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:
– Your order number.
– Clear photos of the unopened product and the shipping packaging.
Approved claims for incorrect or damaged items will be replaced at our discretion.
3. Non-Delivery
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the order. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your payment.
